Over the last few years, En-Syst has been selectively researching and experimenting with alternative power generation technologies. This has enabled us to adopt a comfortable position amidst this changing backdrop. It is our aim to continue efforts to become a leader in the transitioning of the power generation market, to a sustainable economy. To achieve this, we have embarked on a number of key initiatives surrounding the ESG criteria:


Our R&D committee, chaired by our General Manager, has been tasked to identify new business opportunities within the clean energy space. By leveraging on our unique understanding of the power generation landscape, as well as the relationships we have developed over the years, we are well positioned to identify and execute on clean energy opportunities on a regional scale.


The growth at En-Syst over the past 30 years can be attributed to one critical factor, our employees. Majority of our employees are long service award holders who have been with the company for over 10 years!
