The global transition towards a more sustainable economy has rapidly accelerated over the past few years. This has created both significant disruptions, as well as opportunities in the power generation markets. Over the last few years, En-Syst has been selectively researching and experimenting with alternative power generation technologies. This has enabled us to adopt a comfortable position amidst this changing backdrop. It is our aim to continue efforts to become a leader in the transitioning of the power generation market, to a sustainable economy. To achieve this, we have embarked on a number of key initiatives surrounding the ESG criteria:
Our R&D committee, chaired by our General Manager, has been tasked to identify new business opportunities within the clean energy space. By leveraging on our unique understanding of the power generation landscape, as well as the relationships we have developed over the years, we are well positioned to identify and execute on clean energy opportunities on a regional scale.
The growth at En-Syst over the past 30 years can be attributed to one critical factor, our employees. As an SME operating in a mature and saturated industry, the only thing that makes us stand out is the quality of our human capital. We hire the best, provide them an environment in which they can thrive, and do everything we can to retain them. Majority of our employees are long service award holders who have been with the company for over 10 years!
It is common knowledge that sustainability is built upon a foundation of ethical behavior, and an effective leadership framework with checks and balances. At En-Syst, we are empowering the next generation of leaders through the transition toward a flatter organizational structure. Through the promotion of transparency, we encourage accountability, which is necessary to achieve sustainable practices. This coupled with yearly financial and quality assurance audits ensures we remain accountable to shareholders and our customers.
