PROJECT COORDINATOR

Job Description

The position holder is responsible for works with different departments in providing support in all Project related matters in ensuring compliance and in-charge of all Project matters

Key Tasks:

  • Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Coordinate with various project stakeholders including clients, supervisors, project staff and main office.
  • Prepare project documents and reports submission.
  • Prepare and coordinate with client on project worker site clearance documentation.
  • Arrange site induction course for internal teams with client.
  • Site coordinate with internal team, client and sub- contractor.
  • General administrative related to project.
  • Maintain proper documentation.
  • Other tasks and ad-hoc projects as and when needed.

Requirements:

Education

  • Diploma holder.

Knowledge / Experience / Others

  • At least 1 year working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Power Point
  • Good communication skills both oral and written.
  • Independent, team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Tuas/ construction site.
