1. Project Engineer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site surveys with supplier, contractors & clients for installation works.
  • Coordinate with supplier, contractors & client for smooth delivery and timely completion of project.
  • Develop project schedule, execute and monitor the progress from project kick off till project completion.
  • Attend site meeting and involve in discussion with clients and consultants.
  • Work with different technical discipline internal or external vendors to meet technical requirements.
  • Prepare project document and report submission.
  • Maintain proper documentation.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience is required for this field
  • Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
  • Preferably with site experience in Industrial building or Government project
  • Excellent project management and site coordination skills
  • Able to perform multi-tasking
  • Independent, team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Must be pc literate (PPT, Word, Excel)
  • Possess valid Singapore driving licence and prefer with own vehicle

2. Project Sales Engineer 

Job Description

As part of the Sales/Project team, Project Sales Engineer supports daily sales and operational support tasks with a strong focus on larger projects.

Responsibilities of this role will include, but are not limited to:

  • To evaluate technical specifications and produce proposals for high value projects/customers and to be the prime mover in complex high value projects - actively promoting the system solutions aspect of Power Generator aiming to increase scope of supply.
  • Regularly visit site and clients on quoted contracts to position En-Syst as the preferred supplier of Power Generator solutions.
  • Work closely with the Sales/Project Manager and rest of Sales Team, ensuring a smooth transition from receipt of inquiry to customer proposal.
  • Work closely with the Project management team during proposal phase to align technicalities of projects.
  • Consolidate pertinent documents and correspondence in suitable format for formal handover of won orders to the Project Manager.
  • Lead pre-contract meetings in cooperation with project management.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Project teams to improve business process, maximise business opportunities and improve customer service.
  • To ensure process conformance and local legislative compliance with all appropriate standards and site conditions.
  • To provide appropriate technical support to each customer/consultant/prospect through reference materials, site and customer visits.
  • Give technical sales support to finish daily quotations.
  • Improve tools for the job
  • Log and maintain enquiries/records of the Proposals
  • The Sales/Project Engineer reports directly to the Sales/Project Manager.

Qualification:

The successful candidate shall possess Diploma or Nitec or Higher Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant working experience in similar function as well as fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts. Candidate shall possess own vehicle.

Other skills may include:

  • Proven background in diesel generators is a great plus, but technical/engineering background is required
  • Experience in handling large projects is an asset
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Team player but also independent
  • Applicant must be PC literate (ppt, words, excel)
  • Sales experience is an asset
  • Able to think from a customer point of view
  • Valid Singapore driving license

3. Sales Assistant

Job Description

The position holder is to meet sales plan and target assigned to her/him by her/his immediate Manager.

Responsibilities of this role will include, but are not limited to:

Sales Functions:

  • Support daily sales quotation and operation.
  • Follow up assigned sales enquiry.
  • Build and maintain good customer relation with assigned accounts.
  • Monitor and update marketplace information.
  • Provide appropriate technical support to customer, consultant and prospect

Administration and Operational Functions:

  • Keep good records of documentation, including enquiry register log.
  • Provide monthly sales update and report.
  • Co-ordinate and lead meetings.
  • Prepare sales work order and handle over to project team.
  • Lead and execute improvement/new processes and customer service experience.
  • Ensure process conformance and local legislative compliance with appropriate standards and authorities.

Other Assignments

  • Shall carried out any project/task/work assigned by Immediate Manager, General Manager and Directors as and when required to support the business.

ROLE WITHIN ORGANIATION

The position holder reports to Asst./Sales Manager and must carry out the above duties and responsibilities and be able to work closely with other departments and other functional managers within the organisation.

Qualification:

The position holder would ideally have the following:

  • ITE / Diploma in engineering, business or marketing.
  • One to Two years industry sales experience.
  • Customer service and relations skill.
  • Familiarity with office software.
